摘    要:根据曲柄销防自转涡旋压缩机的结构,从平面杆件机构的基本原理出发,分析了机构尺寸误差引起动涡旋自转误差模型,并建立了动涡旋自转误差对动、静涡旋密封间隙影响的计算式,通过算例对曲轴回转一周自转误差引起密封间隙的变化及对压缩机气密性、稳定性和安全性的影响进行了分析讨论。结果表明,对于回转半径固定式曲轴结构的涡旋压缩机,由于曲轴偏心为定值,动涡旋逆时针自转时泄漏间隙增大使密封性能变差,泄漏增加。动涡旋顺时针自转时泄漏间隙减小,较大的自转角有可能造成动、静涡旋齿面硬接触,使摩擦损失增大,长时间运转涡旋齿易产生疲劳断裂,因此设计时应严格控制加工精度,减少尺寸误差带来的不利影响。

Abstract:According to the structure of scroll compressor with crankpin anti-rotation, based on the fundamental principle of plane linkage mechanism, the models of rotation error of orbiting scroll with error of mechanism size were analyzed. The formula of radial sealing clearance for rotation error of orbiting scroll was founded. The change of radial sealing clearance, the compressor seal, the running stability of orbiting scroll and the running security of compressor were discussed by an example. The calculation results show that the sealing clearance and the mass flow rate are increased while the orbiting scroll rotating anticlockwise, and the friction power loss is increased due to the contact of scroll wrap of orbiting and fixed scroll while the orbiting scroll rotating clockwise on scroll compressor with fixed radius crank. The maching precise shall be controlled for scroll compressor with fixed radius crank.
