摘    要:通过对渭河煤化工集团公司4~#T exaco炉的氧煤比、中心氧流量、工艺气成分等的分析,并与公司原1~#~3~#炉进行对比,探讨了导致该气化炉烧嘴压差低、碳转化率低和有效气含量低以及工艺气中H_2含量较高而CO较低的主要原因,并提出了改进措施。

Abstract:The parameters of the 4th Texaco Gasifier,including oxygen/coal ratio,the center of oxygen flow and the syngas composition,were discussed.The main reasons causing problems such as low differential pressure of the injector, low carbon conversion,and low effective gas content were found out.In the end,some suggestions for improvement were given.
