超细搅拌磨机制备高固含量低粘度造纸涂布级重钙浆料的研究

摘    要:通过条件试验,系统地研究了超细搅拌磨机中磨矿介质及其尺寸、磨机转速、球料比、分散剂及其用量等主要参数对重钙研磨效果的影响规律,并分析了原因,为工业生产中确定适宜的参数提供了理论依据.同时,应用超细搅拌磨机通过两段研磨试验制备出了-2 μm粒级含量为95.52%、最大粒径为3.08 μm、固含量为75.3%、粘度为290 mPa·s、白度为93.52%的高档造纸涂布级重钙浆料,对工业化大生产具有重要的指导意义.
