水煤浆锅炉的能效分析

摘    要:通过定量和定性计算分析水煤浆水分、磨煤电耗、锅炉运行热效率以及锅炉运行电耗对锅炉能效的影响,并与链条炉排锅炉和煤粉锅炉比较,指出水煤浆替代重油燃烧虽可取得明显的经济效益,但在能效方面却不及燃烧制浆原料煤的链条炉排锅炉或煤粉锅炉。

Abstract:The water content of coal -water slurry (CWS) , power consumption of grinding coal, thermal effieiency and power consumption of boiler operation influence efficiency of boiler by the quantitative calculating and qualitative analysis, and comparisons with the travelling grate boiler and pulverized coal fired boiler, indicate that the substitution of heavy oil of CWS can be obtained the obvious economic benefits, but it is lower in energy efficiency than grate - fired boiler or pulverized - coal - fired boiler that burn the same coal used to make CWS.
