摘    要:H0 8Mn2SiA钢在平衡组织状态下的变形特性是具有拉伸平台 , 4.0mm半成品焊丝在 75 0℃下完全退火后拉拔试验也证实了这一点。合理利用此特性将给焊丝生产带来方便。同时指出在焊丝拉拔时应避免应变时效 ,严格控制退火温度 ,避免在总压缩率 6 0 %以下时采用大的拉拔量

Abstract:The deforming feature of H08Mn2SiA steel in condition of equilibrious microstructure is that it has tension terrace,which has been proved by drawing test of 4.0?mm semiproduct welding wire after complete annealing at 750?℃.Rationally making use of this feature will bring convenience to welding wire production.Meanwhile it is indicated that it should avoid strain ageing in welding wire drawing,strictly control annealing temperature,avoid big pass draught under total draught 60%.
