摘    要:农药残留给环境和人类健康带来严重危害。随着农药种类的不断增加,农药残留的检测技术也需要不断的更新,检测技术的不断发展,促使样品前处理成为一个重要课题。本文简单介绍了农药残留和农药残留量的影响因素,农药残留分析环节和目的,前处理的步骤、要求,主要介绍了固相萃取、固相微萃取、超临界流体萃取等九种样品前处理技术的原理、优缺点和发展形势。

Abstract:Pesticide residues bring serious harm to the environment and human health. More and more pesticides are introduced to the market, so that the detection technology of pesticide residue needs to be updated accordingly. Meanwhile sample preparation also becomes more challenging and important than before. This article simply introduces what are the pesticide residues and the influence factors to pesticide residues, how and why we analyze pesticide residues, and the steps and requirements of pretreatment. This article focuses on the principle, advantages and development tendency of different pretreatment technology, including solid phase extraction, solid phase microextraction and supercritical fluid extraction, etc.
