摘    要:论述了在城市配电网中采用20 kV电压等级的必要性以及在农村广大地区逐步推行的可行性;论证了20 kV电压等级在技术和经济方面的优越性。文中分析了目前昆明电网配电模式存在的问题,提出了昆明电网配电电压逐步向20 kV过渡的建议。

Abstract:In this paper the necessity for urban electric power distribution network to use 20kV voltage level and the feasibility of gradually implementing of the 20kV voltage level in rural areas are discussed,the advantages of using 20kV voltage system in both technical and economic aspects are expounded and proved, the existing problems of the electric power distribution mode in the current Kunming power grid are analyzed,and proposals for implementing of transition from the current voltage level of the Kunming power distribution grid to the 20kV voltage level step by step are offered.
