| 摘 要： | HVAC的灵魂是“实时跟踪大楼负荷的变化”；HVAC系统节能的精髓是“花最小的代价，实现实时跟踪大楼负荷的变化”。这是生物耗散系统遵循的自然法则，也是电力系统追求的目标。健康、节能的HVAC系统必须凸显其灵魂和精髓。

| Abstract: | HVAC's soul is to followin change of building load in time. Marrowfor saving energy in HVAC system is to follow in change of building load in time by expending minimal cost. This is the natural law what biologic system is observed.Also is the object pursued by power system.Healthy and energy saving HVAC system must appear its soul and marrow. |
