摘    要:为了更加客观地掌握员工素质评价系统在企业实施过程的状态,针对其影响因素多层次、多因素的特点,选取系统实施过程中的关键影响因素,建立由管理组织、人员、技术、资金构成的综合评价指标体系.提出利用层次灰色关联分析进行系统实施过程的评价.根据最后得到的加权关联度,企业从影响实施过程的各个关键因素着手,分析系统在实施推进过程中存在的问题,有效地控制系统落地的进度,保障系统在企业内部的正确、顺利推进.

Abstract:In order to more objectively grasp status of the implementation process of the staff quality evaluation system in enterprise,in view of its influence factors multi-level and the characteristics of the factors,enterprise select the key factors infected process of implementation,establish the comprehensive evaluation index system involved in management organization,personnel,technology,funds.This paper puts forward the hierarchy grey correlation analysis method for system implementation process evaluation.According to the final weighted relational grade,the enterprise can analyzes the problems of system in the implementation from the view of influence factors.As a result,the system of landing progress can be controlled effectively,and kept in the right implementation direction.
