转向器试验台角度控制液压伺服系统建模与仿真

摘    要:该文介绍了汽车转向器试验台研究的重要意义,阐述了转向器试验台的液压伺服系统控制原理,构建了试验台的角度控制伺服系统的物理模型,对汽车转向器试验台的角度控制伺服系统,建立了伺服阀、阀控液压马达、伺服放大器、传感器的传递函数数学模型,并通过Matlab对角度控制伺服系统进行仿真分析,给出了频域特性。根据试验台技术指标,其稳定性满足技术要求。

Abstract:This paper introduces the significance of the research of steering system bench and states the control principle of hydraulic servo system.The physical model of test bench was constructed.For the angle control servo system of automobile steering bench,the mathematic model of the system was developed by servo amplifier,electro-hydraulic servo valve,valve-controlled cylinder and sensor.The frequent characteristics of the servo system was simulated and analyzed by matlab.The stability of this servo system was satisfied with the requirement of the test bench.
