摘    要:采用Li2B4O7和LiNO3为熔剂,LiBr作脱膜剂,熔融法制备样品;运用干扰曲线法通过迭次校正Ba,Ti,V,Cr,Mn各元素谱线重叠干扰,理论α系数法校正基体效应,X-射线荧光光谱法(XRF)分析了复杂体系炉渣中Na2O,MgO,Al2O3,SiO2,P2O5,K2O,CaO,TiO2,V2O5,Cr2O3,MnO,TFe,BaO 13种组分。该方法与化学法测定结果符合较好,10次制样测量各组分,相对标准偏差在0.15%~3.79%范围内。

Abstract:The slag sample with complex compenent was prepared through fusion method with Li_2B_4O_7 and LiNO_3 as flux and LiBr as mould release agent for X-ray fluorescence(XRF) spectrometry analysis.Interfering curve method was employed and repetition of correction was conducted to correct the interferences of Ba,Ti,V,Cr,and Mn,which resulted from the overlaps of element spectrum lines.Theoretical alpha coefficient was used for the correction of matrix effects.Thirteen components,including of Na_2O,MgO,Al_2O_3,SiO_2,P_2O_5,K_2O,CaO,TiO_2,V_2O_5,Cr_2O_3,MnO,TFe,and BaO in slag with complex component were determined by XRF analysis method.Results obtained by this method were in good accordance with those values deter mined by chemical methods.Relative standard deviations(n=10) for each component were in the range of 0.15%-3.79%.
