摘    要:基于螺杆压缩机机体辐射噪声的产生机理,选取最易识别且具有代表性的压缩机体振动作为响应量,针对供油参数变化对某型号双螺杆制冷压缩机机体振动和性能的影响,开展了DOE试验研究,识别出了主要影响因子。对两组优化供油参数进行了实际机组测试验证,分别获得了5 dB及6.5 dB的整机噪声降低量,及下浮分别为0.07%,0.8%的整机性能衰减。研究表明:在同样总供油量的条件下,通过对供油参数进行优化配置,可以获得性能更优、压缩机振动噪声能量更低的设计方案。此项研究为充分利用供油系统的设计来降低同类型压缩机的噪声并优化性能提供了参考。

Abstract:Based on the generation mechanism of noise radiating from the screw compressor body,the vibration of the compressor body,which is easiest to identify and is representative,was selected as the response,the influence of different oil parameters on vibration and performance was investigated by DOE experiments,then the key influencing factors were identified.Two oil supply optimization schemes were presented and verified on the actual chiller,the overall noise of the whole chiller was reduced by about 5 dB and 6.5 dB,respectively,with overall 0.07%and 0.8%COP drop of the chiller.The study indicates that the design scheme with better performance and lower vibration and noise energy of the screw compressor can be achieved by optimizing the configuration of oil supply parameters under the condition of same total oil supply volume.This investigation can offer a reference for making full use of the oil supply system design to reduce the noise and optimize performance of the like compressors.
