| 摘 要： | 上世纪90年代初，美国Weiser博士提出“普适计算”这一新概念，开始了人类向未来计算机时代探索的进程。本文首先回顾Xerox PARC的普适计算原创性研究，然后叙述普适计算的内涵及有关的计算机时代变迁。最后，我们简单介绍若干普适计算研究项目所提出的幻想和挑战。

| Abstract: | In the early of 1990’s, Dr. Mark Weiser initiated the new concept of “pervasive computing” ~(1]).Since then a course to explore the next generation of computing has started. In this paper, we first introduce the initial research work on pervasive computing in Xerox PARC, and then describe the connotation of pervasive computing and the transition of computer generations. Finally we give the visions and challenges faced by some projects on pervasive computing. |
