| 摘 要： | 在装备生产过程中，特殊过程对提高产品质量和性能起到至关重要的作用，做好特殊过程质量控制是装备承制单位质量管理活动的关键环节。本文根据标准定义分析了特殊过程的特点，讨论了GJB 9001B 标准对特殊过程质量控制的要点和目的；结合工作实际，梳理分析了装备承制单位在实施特殊过程质量管理中存在的问题，并就如何进一步加强特殊过程质量控制工作提出了建议和意见。

| Abstract: | During the equipment manufacture,special process is important for improving the quality and performance of products,so better special quality control is the key to the quality management of manufacturer.The paper analyzed the characteristics of special process according to standards definition,discussed the special process key points and purposes ac-cording to GJB9001B,combined it with real working practices,and studied the questions and error quality management car-ried by manufacturer.In the end,offered some suggests and advice for the special process quality control. |
