布料溜槽断裂原因分析

摘    要:针对某炼铁厂布料溜槽断裂的问题,采用有限元软件ANSYS建立布料溜槽的三维有限元模型,并在此基础上模拟溜槽在不同预紧力作用下各部位的应力,并结合溜槽和螺栓材料的性能分析,找出了布料溜槽断裂的原因,即在常温下,布料溜槽不会发生断裂;在高温下,螺栓的应力和变形呈非线性变化,导致螺栓产生蠕变断裂甚至瞬时拉断,这是造成布料溜槽断裂的主要原因。

Abstract:Based on fracture problems of the distributing chute in a ironmaking plant , the finite element software ANSYS is adopted to establish the 3D finite element model of the chute , on this basis, the stress variation at different pre-tightening force are simulated , and combind with the analysis of the material properties for the chute and bolt, the reasons for the fracture problem are found .The analysis results show that the chute cannot cause frac-ture under normal temperature .Under high temperatures , stress and deformation of the bolt are nonlinear , it causes creep rupture even instantaneous pull off of the bolt , that is the main factor of causing chute fracture .
