中国乳业再次向虚假说不——中国乳制品工业协会第十次年会后记

<正> 2004年——中国乳品行业的多事之秋:巴氏与UHT之争,强势品牌遭受质疑,阜阳劣质奶粉事件、奶农倒奶事件、奶农养牛效益急剧下滑等问题的出现将超常规发展产生的问题暴露在阳光下。处在风口浪尖上的乳品行业亟需摆脱诚信危机,重塑行业形象,找到一条健康、稳定的发展之路。在这样的背景下,8月27-29日在武汉召开的中国乳制品工业协会第十次年会将“共铸诚信,理性发展”作为大会主题。

The tenth annual meeting of China Dairy Industry Association was held in August in Wuhan. Nowadays, the dairy industry has aroused general concern of the governments and society. Dairy products become focal food of urbanite and dairy industry is going through the developing period of gold. However, the shocking case of inferior milk powders in Fuyang and other badly effective issues made the dairy industry in a crisis of honesty. Honesty and sense are the key factors of the healthy development.
