| 摘 要： | 采用间苯二酚显色法对不同批号的重组人促红细胞生成素半成品分子中唾液酸含量进行测定 ,并研究测定值与各批产品的体内、外生物学活性的关系 ,发现分子中唾液酸含量与rhEP0的体内生物学活性呈正相关 ,而对其体外生物学活性无影响。

| Abstract: | The sialic acid contents in varous lots of the semi-finished recombinant Human erythropoietin(rhEPO) were detected by resorcinol color assay,then the relationship between the detection result and in vitro or in vivo biological activities of rhEPO was studied.The result showed the positive correlation between the sialic acid content and the in vivo biological activity of rhEPO. However, no influence of the content on the in vitro biologiccal activity of rhEPO was observed. |
