摘    要:本文提出了基于时-频技术的小波分析对电力系统暂态和畸变信号的识别方法,采用了具有无限可导性、双正交性和没有频带混叠现象的Meyer小波基函数.该方法可以很精确地检测畸变信号产生的时刻和持续时间.给出了几个电能质量畸变信号的仿真试验,证实了该方法的准确性.

Abstract:This paper presents a wavelet analysis based time-frequency technique to identify power system transients and disturbances.A mother wavelet basis function(Meyer) with infinite differentiability and biorthogonal non-overlapping frequency bands has been used.The advantage of the proposed approach is in identification of the occurrence and duration of the disturbances.Some power signals with power quality disturbances have been analyzed to show the effectiveness of the proposed technique.
