摘    要:本文对纤维织物摩擦材料在300MW汽轮发电机上的应用,进行了试验研究。纤维织物滑移层与原来相比,摩擦系数减小近一倍,滑移长度增长一倍,即增大了铜线顶匝的弹性变形区,减小轴向摩擦拉应力,提高了发电机起动-停止循环的铜线顶匝滑移能力,改善了发电机运行的调节功能。

Abstract:The field experiments of sliding layer made of friction material with fabric were carried out on a 300MW turbogenerator. Compared to the original sliding layer, friction coefficient of the new sliding fabric layer is only one half, and the sliding length is doubled, i.e.. The elastic deformation area of the top turns copper is enlarged, and the axial tension stress caused by friction force is decreased. So that during the repeated start-stop steps of the turbogenerator, the sliding performance of the top turns copper is improved, and adjustable running performance of turbogenerator is raised.
