摘    要:
利用马来酸酐接枝的EPDM齐聚物作为相容剂,通过熔体插层的方式分别采用一步法和二步法制备了EPDM/蒙脱土纳米复合材料。研究发现在组分相同的情况下,所制备的纳米复合材料性质上无明显差异,但直接法在工艺方面具备较大的优势。研究比较了纳米复合材料和常规复合材料的结构和结晶行为。动态力学性能和溶剂阻隔性能的测试结果表明,由于纳米复合材料中蒙脱土片层以纳米级的水平分散在聚合物基体中,其性能较常规复合材料有明显的提高。

Abstract:
By using maleic anhydride grafted EPDM oligomer as a compatibilizer,EPDM/MMT nanocomposites have been successfully fabricated via one-step and two-step melt intercalation.The results indicate that the properties of nanocomposites prepared by these two methods have no obvious difference when their components are the same,but one-step method can save much processing time and energy.The structures and crystalline behaviors of nanocomposites and conventional composites were compared.Moreover,the dynamical mechanical properties and solvent resistance of nanocomposites were also studied,and the results imply that the properties of nanocomposites exhibit much improvement compared to that of the conventional composites owing to the nanoscale dispersion of MMT layers.
