王甫洲水利枢纽非常溢洪道设计

摘    要:王甫洲水利枢纽非常溢洪道建在主河床上石坝上,坝型为砂砾石坝,坝高12m,河床为砂砾石。非常溢洪道泄洪口门宽415.6m,设计最大泄量4960m^3/s,采用在坝体内预留炸药室,爆破引冲自溃分洪方式。分洪后要求控制上游水位,并保护两侧相邻建筑物安全。非常溢洪道泄洪后在汛后修复。设计中要解决的主要问题是非常溢洪道布置位置选择、坝体结构、防渗型式、防冲保护措施等。

Abstract:The emergency spillway for Wangfuzhou hydroproject is constructed on the earth and rockfill dam crossing the main river channel and blocked with a 12 m high sand gravel dam.The river bed is composed of sand and gravel.The emergency spillway is 415.6 m wide,with maximum discharge of 4 960 m\ 3/s.The dynamite chambers are reserved in the blockage and it will be exploded for emergency flood diversion.The upstream water level should be controlld during flood diversion and the adjacent structures along the sides of the spillway should be protected.The exploded blockage will be reconstructed after flood season.The main problems to be solved in the design include the site selection of emergency spillway,dam structure,seepage prevention mode,scour prevention measures etc.
