| 摘 要： | 介绍了以西门子CPU315-2DP为核心的碱回收苛化工段DCS控制方案，详细阐述了该系统的硬件配置和软件设计，并针对该工段工艺要求提出了基于串级控制系统的石灰加入量控制方法。系统实现了该工段的自动控制，降低了能耗。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces DCS control plan in the alkali recovery caustic process with Siemens CPU315-2DP as a core, elaborates the hardware configuration and software design of the system and puts forward a lime charging method based on cascade control system in accor- dance with the technological requirements. The process is automatically controlled and the energy consumption is lowered with this system. |
