| 摘 要： | 为改进过去柴油机高压喷油过程的模拟计算方法,运用数值计算软件MATLAB对柴油机泵-管-嘴高压喷油系统进行编程模拟计算。计算中考虑到变声速和变密度的处理对系统中燃油压力的影响,特别是对高压油管中燃油压力传递的影响。应用喷油过程的运动方程和连续方程进行编程、运行,可得到各喷油参数图形。与实际测量结果的对比分析表明,该计算结果与实测结果符合较好,且程序简单直观,易于扩充。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the past simulation about high pressure fuel injection system for diesel engine, this paper introduces the program of the simulation based on numerical calculation software MATLAB, which considers the variation of the sound velocity, density and their effect on fuel pressure, especially on fuel pressure transmission in pipe. Appling movement equation and continuum equations to the program, the diagrams of some injection parameters can be obtained after the simulation and they match the experiment data well. This program is simple and easy to expand. |
