摘    要:通过对安装了等离子煤粉点火燃烧器的上海锅炉厂生产的四角切圆燃烧方式锅炉及哈尔滨锅炉厂生产的前后墙对冲旋流燃烧锅炉的2种典型超临界直流锅炉的启动调试,介绍了等离子煤粉点火燃烧器的原理,探索和总结了等离子煤粉点火及稳燃技术在新建600MW机组超临界直流锅炉上的应用,分析了锅炉启动调试过程中如何在保证锅炉绝对安全的情况下通过对设备和运行方式的调整进行无燃油点火及机组升负荷和停运过程中尽量利用等离子煤粉点火燃烧器节省燃油,以提高电厂机组运行的经济性。

Abstract:Based on the unit startup commission of two typical once-through supercritical boilers(SBC tangentially-fired boiler and HBC LNASB boiler) installed with plasma pulverized-coal igniters,the paper introduced the principle of plasma ignition,summarized its application on newly-built 600 MW once-through supercritical boilers.Under the precondition of ensuring boiler safety,how to launch zero-oil ignition by regulating equipments and operating mode is discussed.In order to improve the economic efficiency of power plant,it is necessary to use plasma pulverized-coal igniters during unit startup and shutdown.
