| 摘 要： | 针对如何减少聚合物中气泡产生及降低脱泡流程能耗这两方面问题,通过采用对DMF含水量的控制、粉状物添加点的改变、过滤精度的提高、停止纺丝槽搅拌和对纺丝组件参数进行改进等措施,对氨纶干法纺丝去除脱泡流程进行了可行性研究,并对采用该方法后的实际生产现状进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Aiming at reducing dubbles in the polymer and cutting down energy consumption in the debubbling,the following measures were adopted： control moisture content in DMF,change powder adding point,elevate filter accuracy,stop stirring in spinning bath and correct parameters of spin-pack.The feasibility of omitting debubbling process was investigated.The production situation of new method was expounded. |
