三峡工程钢管槽爆破开挖技术研究

摘    要: 三峡钢管槽由于其地理位置和地质条件特殊,必须采取非常严格的控制爆破技术和手段,才能保证其成型质量和围岩稳定。介绍了长江科学院就此进行的现场爆破试验研究成果以及实际规模开挖时所采取的控制开挖程序、锚杆支护等技术措施。这些研究成果和技术措施有力地保证了钢管槽的开挖质量。

Abstract:Considering the speciality of geological and location condition of chamfers for penstocks of TGP's left power plant, a very strict controlled blasting technique and some adequate measures must be applied to excavate the chamfers, in order to guarantee their shaping quality and the stability of surrounding rock. The site blasting test results, the technical measures, the actual controlled blasting excavation procedure, as well as the anchorage supports, are presented in the paper. Making use of these study results and technical measures, the excavation quality of chamfers tubes can be assured.
