| 摘 要： | 八钢冷轧平整机组和精整卷状成品一直以来都存在卷取折痕,是冷轧成品工序的重要质量隐患,影响了工序成本和八钢产品的形象,针对这一缺陷进行分析.分析了卷取机构的工作原理,通过对卷取机构的功能研究及技术改进,采取措施提高了卷取精度,大大减轻卷取折痕缺陷.
