福建电网基于在线安全稳定控制与预警系统的稳控策略表设计方法与实现

福建电网在线安全稳定控制与预警系统根据当前电网运行方式生成针对预想故障的稳定控制策略，并按照特定的格式将稳定控制策略和电网潮流特征量存储在历史数据库中。预想故障的稳定控制策略与电网某些潮流特征量之间存在特定的关系，利用相关性分析的方法找出与稳定控制策略强相关的特征量，将其作为策略表公式的自变量，建立多项式函数形式的计算公式。在此基础上利用拟合方法给出相关的系数定值，并根据电网的不同接线方式对策略表定值进行归类。该方法有效地利用了在线安全稳定控制与预警系统的分析结果，揭示了稳定控制策略与电网运行方式之间的定量关系，简化了安全稳定控制系统策略表的制定与整定工作，有很强的通用性与应用前景。
