基于UG和ADAMS的机械手三维实体仿真

摘    要:为了方便、准确地对所设计的复杂机械手进行运动仿真分析,利用UG软件强大的建模功能对六自由度机械手进行三维实体建模,然后通过UG和ADAMS良好的数据接口将模型数据直接导入ADAMS,根据实际设计要求添加相关约束,在此基础上进行运动仿真,研究机械手各机构关节的运动,测量各个关节的角位移、速度和加速度的变化情况,通过观察各机构的运动轨迹以及相关曲线的变化趋势,对设计阶段的产品进行虚拟性能测试,以便及时发现设计中存在的问题并进行改正。

Abstract:In order to carry out the motion simulation of 6-DOF robotic arm easily and accurately,the paper established the simulation model of the robotic arm by UG software.Then the model was imported to ADAMS software through the data interface between UG and ADAMS.The corresponding constraints were added according to the actual design requirements.So its motion simulation and the motion of joints were analyzed and the angle displacement,speed and acceleration of each joint were recorded.We could do the virtual per...
