摘    要:矿井提升机是矿山地面与井下关键的交通运输工具.采用改变定子供电频率的变频调速与PLC结合实现了提升机的无级调速和电机的易换向,通过上位机实时监测系统的运行位置和速度等各种参数和状态实 现多种安全保护,提高了整个电控系统的安全可靠性、控制精度及调速性能.

Abstract:Mine hoist is the key transportation equipment between the ground and underground,can realize stepless speed regulation and easy reversion by combining variable frequency speed and PLC.Several security protections were realized by real-time monitoring various operation parameters and states(such as position and velocity of the hoist) with computer.The safety,reliability,control precision and speed performance of the electric control system were improved.
