2-硝基-4-氯苯酚合成工艺优化研究

摘    要:以对二氯苯为原料,通过混合酸硝化、常压相转移催化水解,得到了目标产物2-硝基-4-氯苯酚。考察了碱量、碱浓度、相转移催化剂类型及用量对水解反应的影响,通过优化水解条件为反应6 h,1.4 g四丁基溴化铵,25%的氢氧化钾溶液,300 mL水。产品最高收率可达88.9%。

Abstract:2-Nitro-4-chorophenol from p-dichlorobenzene was prepared through nitrification by mixed acids and hydrolysis with the action of phase transfer catalyst at normal pressure.The effect of alkali amount,alkali concentration,the kind and amount of phase transfer catalyst on the hydrolysis reaction were researched,the maximum product yield was 88.9%.
