橙皮甙提取纯化工艺的优化

摘    要:研究以Ca(OH)2溶液做溶剂从橘皮中提取橙皮甙的工艺条件。得以桔皮为原料,,用10倍量7 g/L Ca(OH)2,提取2h,提取液调pH=5,得率2.9%以上,重结晶得精制橙皮甙,纯度可达98%,收率为75%。此方法操作简便,易控制且提取橙皮苷的效率较高。

Abstract:With orange peel as raw material,with 10 times of 7 g/L Ca(OH)2 as solvent soaking for 2 h,hesperidin was leached out with over 2.9% yield at pH=5,recrystallization products with 98% purity and 75% yield.This method was convenient to operate,easy to control and its efficiency of extracting hesperidin was relatively high.
