摘    要:在国内首次开展了10 kV开关柜及母线不进行定期停电预防性试验,而通过非定期停电试验方式替代常规停电预试的可行性研究.根据广州电网10 kV开关柜及母线运行缺陷、事故特点及预防性试验项目的有效性分析,根据国内外开关柜先进诊断技术的发展趋势,对10 kV开关柜及母线是否具备非定期停电预试的条件进行了研究,在国内首次提出了10 kV开关柜及母线非定期停电预防性试验的实施方案,为全面推行10 kV开关柜及母线不定期停电试验、有效提高电网供电可靠率和技术监督水平、降低企业运行成本打下了基础.

Abstract:Feasibility study was made for the first time in China on the preventive testing of 10 kV switchgear and bus bar in non-periodic power cut,this test is the substitution of the conventional preventive test in periodic power cut.According to the operation flaw,the accidents characteristics and effectiveness analysis of conventional preventive test items in Guangzhou Power Grid,and in consideration of the development tendency of advanced detecting technology of switchgear both at home and abroad,a study was conducted on whether the 10 kV switchgear and bus bar is in the condition to do the preventive testing in non-periodic power cut.It also gives out the preventive test procedures in non-periodic power cut for the first time in China.All these laid foundation for promoting the non-periodic power cut preventive test of 10 kV switchgear and bus bar,for improving electric reliability and technical supervision level,and for lowering the costs of the enterprises.
