摘    要:实时流媒体传输控制是视频监控系统中最为关键的技术之一,其最受关注的问题是传输服务质量(QoS).与普通传输不同,实时流媒体传输不但需要强实时性和避免传输延迟抖动。而且还要受到网络设备资源的限制.提出一种基于RTP/RTCP协议的流媒体传输控制方法,旨在获得最佳的流媒体传输服务质量;通过采集RTP/RTCP相关数据获取网络参数和信息,根据反馈动态调整网络,尽量避免传输延迟抖动,减少丢包率以及防止网络拥塞.在对网络状态的分析的基础上,提出了一种流媒体传输控制方法.这种流媒体传输控制方法提高了图像传输的质量.

Abstract:Real-time stream media transmission control is one of the most important technologies in video surveillance systems.The most concerned issue of stream media transmission is the quality of service(Qos).Different from ordinary transmission,the stream media transmissions not only need strong real-time transmission and avoid transmission delay,but also will be subject to limited network equipment resource.In this paper,a stream media transmission control method based on RTP / RTCP protocol is proposed.Its purpose is to get the best quality of transmission for stream media.The RTP/RTCP protocol is used to obtain network parameters and information.The network can be adjusted dynamically according to the feedback.It will avoid the transmission delay jitter,reduce the packet loss rate and prevent network congestion. Based on the analysis of network situation,an effective control method of stream media transmission is proposed.This method will improve the quality of image transmission.
