摘    要:以活性炭和升华硫为原料,采用熔融法、气相法和真空浸渍法制备硫/碳复合正极材料,通过碳硫分析、粒度测试、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、BET及孔径分布来表征材料的结构,并用恒流充放电测试考察了所得材料的电化学性能。结果表明,气相负载法制备的复合材料具有更好的电化学性能,在15mA/g电流密度下首次放电比容量为768mAh/g,不同电流密度循环24次后容量仍有405mAh/g。

Abstract:Active carbon and sublimed sulfur were used as material to synthesis sulfur/carbon composite anode materials through melting method,gas-phase adsorption and vacuum impregnation method.Carbon sulfur element analysis,particle size test,X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),Specific surface area test(BET) and charge/discharge tests were carried out to characterize the structure and electrochemical properties of the aimed material.The results confirmed that the material synthesized by gas-phase adsorption method performed a better electrochemical property.The specific capacity of the S/C composite was 768mAh/g in the first cycle under the current density of 15mA/g,and remained at 405mAh/g after 24 circles.
