磺化聚酰亚胺/SiO2复合膜的制备及其质子交换性能研究

摘    要:制备了具有不同硅含量的磺化聚酰亚胺/二氧化硅(SPI/SiO2)复合膜,研究了SiO2的引入对复合膜的力学性能、耐热性能、尺寸稳定性以及抗氧化和耐水解稳定性的影响规律,并对其质子传导率和甲醇渗透率进行了评价。结果表明,与商业化的Nafion115膜相比,复合膜表现出更优异的阻醇特性和选择透过性,其中SPI/SiO2-2复合膜具有更突出的高温质子传导特性。

Abstract:Sulfonated polyimide/silica composite membranes with different silicon contents were prepared via sol-gel method.The influence of the silica content on mechanical and thermal properties,dimensional stability,oxidation stability,water stability,as well as proton conductivity and methanol permeability of composite membranes was investigated.The results indicated that the composite membranes exhibited better methanol permeability and permselectivity than commercial available Nafion 115.SPI/SiO2-2 membrane showed the excellent proton conductivity at elevated temperature.
