摘 要: | 介绍了手动电池前盖开关盒注射模的设计过程及模具的开模仿真与装配的具体过程,着重讲述模具的成型零件设计。利用Pro/E自带的模型分析功能对手动电池前盖模具进行了注射成型工艺分析,并最终得到该零件的三维工程图,体现了Pro/E软件在模具设计中的优越性。

Abstract: | Introduced the process of designing injection mold for the manual battery cover with Pro/E software, expanded the designing of molding parts on emphase. An example was given to describe the 3D design of the products, process analysis of injection molding using module analysis function of Pro/E, and finally, got the 3D engineering drawing, showed the advantage of Pro/E in module design and analysis. |
