| 摘 要： | 根据可得区法及可得区分区法的基本思想 ,针对MTBE(甲基叔丁基醚 )反应实例 ,以预热温度作为控制变量 ,利用绝热反应最大速率曲线和反应平衡速率曲线 ,采用几何图示法 ,将停留时间和未转化率空间分区进行了研究。结果表明 :绝热反应最大速率曲线 ,drdx=0 ;反应平衡曲线 ,r =0 ;CSTR区 :drdx<0 ,r >0 ;PFR区 :drdx>0 ,r >0 ;非操作区 :drdx>0 ,r <0。利用这些不同区域及其连接边界的特性 ,可以简捷、方便地确定MTBE绝热反应过程的适宜流程结构

| Abstract: | According to the method of attainable region and the partition method of attainable region, taking synthesis of MTBE for example, using preheating temperature as control variable, the t-x space was studied using developed geometrically based ideas. The maximum rate curve satisfied a definition of drdx=0. When the reaction was in equilibrium, the reaction rate was equal to zero. The t-x space was divided into three kinds of region: CSTR region (drdx<0,r>, PFR region (drdx>r> and non-operation region(drdx>r<0). The optimum reactor flow structure of MTBE can easily be determined based on the properties of different regions and their connection boundary. |
