摘    要:为确保某隧道掘进爆破期间周边民房的安全,开展了爆破振动和爆破飞石对民房的安全影响分析。根据监测结果,当隧道掘进段爆破最大段药量控制在38 kg以内时,爆破振动一般不会对周边民房造成损害;可通过严格控制单段药量和起爆总药量,并保证堵塞长度和堵塞质量,加强爆破安全警戒工作,可以避免爆破飞石引起的民房损害。最后提出了确保民房安全的爆破施工控制措施,为隧道掘进爆破安全提供指导。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of the surrounding houses during the excavation and blasting of a tunnel,the impact of blasting vibration and blasting flying rock on the safety of residential buildings is analyzed.When the maximum blasting charge of tunnel excavation section is controlled within 38 kg,the blasting vibration will not cause damage to the surrounding residential buildings;by strictly controlling the single section charge and the total initiating charge,the blocking length and quality can be guaranteed,and the blasting safety warning work can be strengthened,so as to avoid the damage to the residential buildings caused by blasting flying stones.Finally,the control measures of blasting construction to ensure the safety of residential buildings are put forward to provide guidance for the safety of tunnel excavation blasting.
