[学科发展]风电装备故障诊断与健康监测研究综述

摘    要:针对风力发电机传动链中的三大部件——复合材料叶片、齿轮箱、发电机的故障诊断与健康监测的发展现状进行文献综述,总结该领域的研究现状及主要方法。综述风电装备中复合材料叶片、齿轮箱、发电机三大部件的主要故障特点、故障形式及诊断难点,并结合国内外相关文献系统地介绍并比较了现有的针对三大部件的故障诊断与健康监测方法,最后对该领域的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:The development status of fault diagnosis and health monitoring of the three major components of wind turbine drive chain, namely composite blade, gearbox and generator, were reviewed.The research status and methods in this field were also summarized. The main fault characteristics, fault forms and diagnosis difficulties of composite blades, gearboxes and generators in wind power equipment were summarized, and the existing fault diagnosis and health monitoring methods for the three components were also systematically presented and compared. Finally, the development direction of this field was prospected.
