摘    要: 为了研究不同终轧温度下履带销轴用1E1158M钢奥氏体混晶情况,利用热模拟试验、显微组织定量分析以及截距法对不同状态下奥氏体晶粒以及本质晶粒的大小形貌进行研究,并提出了合理的终轧温度。结果表明,热轧态组织和正火态组织的粗化温度均为850 ℃,终轧温度对晶粒混晶程度有影响。终轧温度为850 ℃时,轧制终止时的奥氏体晶粒发生部分再结晶,混晶程度严重。随着终轧温度的升高,本质晶粒不均匀程度减小,建议终轧温度为1 000 ℃。

Abstract:The mixed crystal of austenite grain size in track pins 1E1158M steel was investigated at different finishing temperatures,then the grain size and it's microstructure were adopted to study the effect of different finishing temperatures by thermal simulation test,quantitative analysis of microstructure and intercept method. The results show that the abnormal grain growth temperature of hot-rolled and normal-fired microstructures is both 850 ℃,and the finishing rolling temperature has an effect on mixed crystal degree. When the finish rolling temperature is 850 ℃,the austenite grains are partially recrystallized at the end of rolling,and the degree of mixed crystals is serious. As the finishing temperature increases,the inhomogeneity of the intrinsic grain size decreases and the recommended finishing temperature is 1 000 ℃.
