摘    要:为适应钢结构建筑用钢的发展需求,采用低C及“Ni-Cr-Cu-Al-Nb”微合金化成分设计及合理的控制轧制工艺,成功开发出高强度、低屈强比、耐候、易焊接Q460GJNH钢板。其组织由准多边形铁素体、贝氏体和珠光体组成,屈服强度487~493 MPa,抗拉强度649~659 MPa,屈强比为0.74~0.76,断后伸长率为22.2~23.5%,-40 ℃冲击功为179~212 J,且焊接性能优良。耐蚀性能研究表明,同等条件下Q460GJNH钢板的腐蚀速率仅为Q345B钢板的29.7%。

Abstract:In order to meet the development demand of structure construction steel,the Q460GJNH plate with high strength,low yield ratio,weather resistance and easy welding property was developed by low carbon and " Ni-Cr-Cu-Al-Nb" microalloyed composition designing,and using reasonable controlled rolling and accelerated cooling process.The microstructure of Q460GJNH plate is composed of quasi-polygonal ferrite,bainite and pearlite.Besides,its yield strength is 487~493 MPa,the tensile strength is 649~659 MPa,the yield ratio is 0.74~0.76,and the elongation after fracture is 22.2%~23.5%.The impact property below -40 ℃ keeps between 179 J and 212 J,and welding performance is excellent.The study on corrosion resistance shows that the corrosion rate of Q460GJNH plate is only 29.7% of that of Q345B plate under the same conditions.
