| 摘 要： | 以旧城更新中房地产开发模式为研究对象,从旧城和旧城更新的概念入手,提出旧城更新与房地产开发的相互关联与促进关系,通过选取三个不同城市各具特点的典型房地产开发案例,对其区域背景、项目特征与开发模式进行分析定位和对比研究,归纳出三种旧城更新中房地产开发的成功模式,探寻一条适合中国不同城市特点的旧城更新范式。 |

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the definitions of old urban and urban renewal, proposes the interactive relationship between urban renewal and real estate development. Through analyzing the features of three different modes, it proposed the comparative study on the real estate development in urban renewal, trying to pursue a suitable way to develop cities in China. |
