中压真空接触器用触头材料的研究

摘    要:对中压真空接触器用触头材料的化学成分进行了研究,通过添加适当元素使触头的抗熔焊性能提高,以致在分断大电流时,不发生熔焊或不产生持续电弧。还着重研究了中压真空接触器用触头材料的除气工艺,有效地降低3Cu-W类触头的含气量,使真空灭弧室的真空度在分断试验中,不因触头材料放气而降低性能。通过研究,Cu-W类触头的分断能力由目前国内2500A提高到4000A以上,材料的平均截流值小于2安培。

Abstract:The chemical compositions of contact arterials used in medium.voltagevacuum contactors are studied.By addition of suitable elements to increase the anti-sweating ability,the sweating will not take place or the continued arc will not be produced at the big cut-off current.The degassing technologyof contact materials used in medium-voltage vacuum contactors its studied particularly,it enables that the gas content of Cu-W type contactor isdecreased efficiently,and so the vacuum in the arc-deflector will not decreasedue to out-gassing of contact material during the cut-off test.By thesestudies the cat-off ability of Cu-W type contactor increases to 4000A andover from 2500A which is the present level in our country; the average cut-off value of the material is smaller than 2A.
