斜键热处理裂纹分析

摘    要:采用宏观、微观检验、显微硬度测定、化学成分分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法,对45钢斜键产生裂纹的原因进行分析.结果表明:原材料存在严重的成分偏析是裂纹产生的主要原因.

Abstract:The reason of generating the crack in 45 steel oblique key was analyzed by macro and micro inspection,micro-hardness testing,chemical composition testing,SEM and ESA.The results show that the important reason is the severe composition segregation in raw materials.
