摘    要:
介绍了聚合物锂离子电池正、负极集流体表面的蚀刻与顸处理及热压与直接涂布两种电极制备工艺.主要概述了电极各组分配比、电极孔率、正极前后膜厚度比与电性能的关系.优化电极参数可以提高聚合物锂离子电池的电性能.

Abstract:
The surface etching and pretreatment of the current of positive and negative electrodes of polymer Li-ion batteries was introduced.The manufacture technology of electrodes by laminating the electrodes films or directly coating the electrode active material slurry on the current collectors was presented.The relationship between the electrochemical performance and different composition,porosity of electrodes and thickness ratio of front and rear positive electrode was reviewed. Optimizing parameters of electrodes could improve the electrochemical performance of polymer Li-ion batteries.
