建设项目的分布与城市空间的演化 ——以温岭市区为例

为了从微观角度对城市空间形成的客观机制进行解析,引导城市空间的有序发展,以温岭市区为实例,研究了城市空间各阶段演化过程,对建设用地结构及规划许可证发放情况进行分析;同时,以建设项目的空间分布数据为出发点,利用网格系统建立空间数据模型,探讨了中小城市在城市化快速发展过程中,城市建设项目与城市空间演化之间的内在联系.研究表明,温岭市区城市空间演化和建设项目布局特征基本吻合,建设项目不同的选址布局构成了不同的城市空间结构,并促进着城市空间的不断演化,为优化城市空间布局,应加强城市建设项目管理,改善规划编制、实施和管理的体制.

Distribution of developing projects and urban spatial evolution: A case study of Wenling City

In order to analyze the objective mechanism of urban spatial formation from the view of micro-point, and construct the rational urban spatial structure, the process of urban spatial evolution was researched, and the current structure of land use and planning permission were analyzed based on the case study of Wenling City. The internal relations between the urban spatial evolution and the developing project distribution in the process of rapid urbanization of local city were discussed with data model and spatial simulation. The case study indicated that the characteristics between urban spatial evolution and development project distribution are similar in Wenling city, and that the development project distribution accelerated the urban space evolution constantly. It is necessary to enhance the management of development project and improve mechanism of planning preparation, implementation and management for optimizating urban space.
