基于红外技术高精度车流检测系统研究与设计

摘    要:系统利用红外传感器光/电转换特性,采用单片机控制器为核心控制器处理车流信号,红外接收器接收来自发射器的红外信号,经解调后输入单片机进行处理,单片机与CAN总线控制器构成 CAN总线通信系统进行数据传输.系统采用电子技术、单片机技术、CAN总线技术等设计实现,给出了系统总体方案、部分软硬件设计.系统可应用于工业控制、食品加工、科学研究等设备中,有广泛的应用前景.

Abstract:The vehicle flux signal was processed with the core of single-chip microcontroller. The infrared signal coming from launcher was received by infrared receiver microcontroller through the photoelectricity voltage characteristics of the infrared sensor. The signal was treated by single-chip microcontroller after demodulation. The single-chip microcontroller controls the CAN BUS controller to structure CAN BUS communication system to transmit the data. The techniques such as the way of electronic technology, single chip technology and CAN BUS technology are employed in this system. The total design and part of hardware/software design are given. The system can be applied to the equipment of industrial control, food processing and science research etc. It will be of broad applied prospects.
