CaO/Al2O3复合催化剂催化裂解大豆油制备烃类燃料的研究

摘    要:以物理混合法制备复合催化剂CaO/Al2O3,采用单因素实验法,在固定床反应器以大豆油为原料进行CaO/Al2O3复合催化剂催化裂解大豆油制备烃类燃料的研究,考察裂解温度、空速、m(CaO)/m(Al2O3)对裂解产物的影响。结果表明:在裂解温度为510 ℃、空速为10.00 h-1 、m(CaO)/m(Al2O3)为2:8的条件下,裂解液收率为71.00%;裂解油组成中烃类质量分数高达80.96%,裂解油的运动黏度(20 ℃)为3.1 mm2/s,酸值为4.1 mg KOH/g,氧质量分数为2.37%,热值达44.79 kJ/g。

CATALYTIC PERFORMANCES OF CaO/Al2O3 COMPOSITE IN CATALYTIC CRACKING OF SOYBEAN OIL FOR HYDROCARBON FUEL
Abstract:The physical mixing catalyst CaO/Al2O3 was applied in soybean oil by catalytic pyrolysis for hydrocarbon fuel production. The single factor experimental method was used to investigate the effect of cracking temperature, mass space velocity, m (CaO) / m (Al2O3) ratio on cracking products in a fixed bed reactor. The results indicated that the optimum reaction conditions are cracking temperature of 510 °C, space velocity of 10.00 h-1, and m (CaO) / m (Al2O3) ratio of 2: 8. Under the optimal conditions, the liquid yield reaches 71.00%. The content of hydrocarbon in pyrolysis oil is over 80.96% with kinetic viscosity (20 °C) of 3.1mm2/s, the acid value of 4.1 mg KOH/g, and the oxygen content of 2.37%, resulting in calorific value of 44.79 kJ / g.
