行政服务中心标准化建设的福建实践思考

提高行政服务质量，提升行政服务效能，构建权力阳光运行、简便运行、高效运行的服务型政府是我国行政体制改革的方向。行政服务机构标准化管理为进一步提高行政服务质量、提升行政效能、建设服务型政府提供了新的思路。在分析福建省大力推进全省行政服务中心标准化建设所得成效的基础上，文中进一步总结分析了福建省内各个行政服务中心标准化建设的特色经验。最后针对福建省开展行政服务标准化建设过程中存在的问题提出了全面推进等方面建议。

Practical Thinking from Standardized Construction of Administrative Service Center in Fujian

Such a service-oriented government that aims at improving the quality and efficiency of administrative service and establishing high transparent operation, easy operation and high efficient operation of government power would be perceived as a direction of administrative system reform in our country. Standardization management of administrative service agency has provided a new way to further improve the quality and efficiency of administrative services. Based on the analysis of efficiency which gained from vigorously promoting for standardized construction of administrative service center in Fujian province, the thesis gave a further summery analysis to the special experience from each administrative service center. At the last part of the thesis, some advices like giving a comprehensive progress to etc. have been put forward to solve the problems among the standardized construction of administrative services in Fujian province.
